Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your profile data, gig history, reviews, and messages will be removed.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from within the Giggre app by following these steps:
- Open the Giggre app on your device and sign in.
- Tap the Profile icon at the bottom navigation bar.
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right).
- Scroll down and tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
- Enter your password when prompted to verify the action.
- Tap Confirm Delete — your account will be permanently removed.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, photo, bio, skills)
- All gig applications and job history
- Messages and notifications
- Reviews and ratings associated with your account
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes, including:
- Transaction records required by law (up to 7 years)
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data
- Fraud prevention records if applicable
