2. Description of Service
Giggre is a platform that connects gig workers with employers and clients seeking flexible labor. We provide tools for job discovery, application management, and communication. Giggre is not an employer and does not employ gig workers directly.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information in your profile
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use Giggre for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
5. Gig Listings and Applications
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their gig listings. Giggre does not guarantee the availability of any gig or that applications will result in employment. Workers are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any opportunity before accepting.
6. Payments and Fees
Any fees applicable to premium features or services will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and software on Giggre are the property of Giggre or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any proprietary content without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giggre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of income, data, or opportunities.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users. You may also terminate your account at any time via the Delete Account page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Giggre operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
